Longmeadow in Irvington is back on the market at $2.25 million below its original asking price. Realtor.com and the current listing confirm the asking price and property details.
Longmeadow, Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta-Jones' estate in Irvington, New York, is again listed for $9.75 million. It is the property's third attempt to sell: it first went on the market in June 2024 for $12 million. Realtor.com reports that the current asking price is $2.25 million, or 18.75%, below the original figure.
According to the current MLS record and Realtor.com, the house measures 11,653 square feet and has eight bedrooms and 12 bathrooms. The property covers nearly 12 acres along the Hudson River, with about 130 feet of river frontage. Built in 1929, the house spans four levels.
The listing describes a roughly 30-foot gallery, a two-story wood-paneled library, a gym, an indoor pool and a terrace facing the river. It also lists guest quarters and a four-car garage. The estate is about 25 miles from Midtown Manhattan.
Zeta-Jones bought the property in 2019 for $4.5 million. After the first 2024 listing, it was withdrawn in April 2025 and returned a month later at $10 million. It was subsequently taken off the market again; in March 2026 it was relisted for $9.75 million. Realtor.com confirms the current asking price and listing details.
The actress previously said the decision to sell was linked to the couple's children growing up and leaving home. The Times of India also connected renewed attention to Douglas's memoir, but the current sale status is confirmed primarily by the active listing. An asking price does not mean the estate has sold or will sell for that amount.
