My Export platform handles 47% of Russia’s certificates of origin

Nearly 154,000 certificates of origin were issued through the My Export platform in the first half of 2026, accounting for about 47% of all such documents issued in Russia during the period, the Russian Export Center said.

The service has operated on the My Export platform since late 2022. The center said it has repeatedly adjusted the service based on feedback from exporters and specialists at chambers of commerce and industry.

The platform automatically checks data and lets exporters promptly correct electronic draft certificates. Exporters can also pay chamber fees through the service. The center says these functions reduce errors and speed up document processing.

Representatives of chambers in Russia’s Northwestern Federal District proposed further changes to the service at a meeting in St. Petersburg. The Russian Export Center said the My Export team provides users with free consultations, including one-to-one assistance. Certificates of origin identify where goods were produced and are used in international trade.
