Deputy Prime Minister Andrey Nikitin has introduced Dmitry Yadrov to Transport Ministry staff following his appointment as minister, the ministry said.

On October 22, Vladimir Putin appointed Nikitin deputy prime minister overseeing transport and Yadrov transport minister. Nikitin had led the ministry since 2025, while Yadrov had headed the Federal Air Transport Agency since 2023.

Introducing his successor, Nikitin praised their experience of working together and Yadrov's ability to carry decisions through. He pledged to support the transport sector in his new role.
