Putin offers large-scale Russian fertilizer supplies to the US market

Vladimir Putin said Russia was ready to supply fertilizer to the US market in large quantities. He made the statement during his meeting with US presidential envoy Steve Witkoff.

The Russian president identified mineral fertilizers as a potential area for supplies to the United States, Interfax reported. He raised the subject during talks in St Petersburg.

Shares in fertilizer producers PhosAgro and Acron rose following Putin’s remarks, RBC and Kommersant reported.
