Russian junior women sweep podium at Denis Ten Memorial

Alisa Zaikina won the junior women's competition at the Denis Ten Memorial in Almaty with 206.05 points. Viktoriia Streltsova took silver and Alena Prineva bronze.
The event concluded on October 9. Official results show Streltsova scored 200.99 points and Prineva 198.59 across both programs. All three medallists competed under neutral status.
Zaikina rose from fourth in the short program by winning the free skate. Streltsova led after the short program but finished fourth in the free skate. Prineva placed second in the short program and third in the free skate.
Varvara Stahovich finished fourth overall with 195.61 points, 2.98 behind Prineva. Zaikina's winning margin was 5.06 points.
