Ignatova wins Denis Ten Memorial with 226.01 points

Alexandra Ignatova, also known as Trusova, won the Denis Ten Memorial in Almaty on October 9. The Russian skater scored 226.01 points across the short and free programmes.
The 22-year-old finished ahead of South Korea's Yujae Kim and Kazakhstan's Sofia Samodelkina, who placed second and third respectively. RBC also reported Ignatova's total, while RIA Novosti confirmed the order of the top three.
Ignatova gave birth to a son in August 2025 and returned to sport in January 2026. In September, she finished second at a Challenger event in Tokyo. Her Kazakhstan victory continued her international appearances following that return.
Ignatova won silver at the 2022 Olympic Games in Beijing. The Denis Ten Memorial is part of the international Challenger Series, held under the ISU.
