Shelton secures second consecutive ATP Finals appearance

Ben Shelton has qualified for the ATP Finals in Turin, ATP announced on October 18. The American is ranked fourth in the world.

The tournament runs from November 15 to 22. Alexander Zverev and Carlos Alcaraz have also secured places. Jannik Sinner qualified as well but ended his season early in October.

Shelton, 24, made his Finals debut in 2025 and lost all three of his group matches.

This season, the American defended his Montreal Masters title and won tournaments in Munich, Dallas and Stuttgart. Only Sinner has won more titles this year, with six.

In September, Shelton reached his first Grand Slam final at the US Open, losing to Zverev. The German also won Roland Garros this season. Alcaraz won the Australian Open, while Sinner took the Wimbledon title.
