Mandhana remains atop ODI batting rankings as Perry returns to top 10

Smriti Mandhana retained first place in the ICC women's ODI batting rankings with 790 points. Australia's Ellyse Perry returned to the top 10 in the October 13 update.
Perry rose two places to tenth. Among ODI bowlers, Australia's Annabel Sutherland climbed to fourth and Megan Schutt to fifth. The ICC linked their gains to performances in the first two matches of the home series against Bangladesh.
Harmanpreet Kaur is the other Indian batter in the ODI top 10, in ninth place. Deepti Sharma dropped one position to ninth in that format's bowling rankings.
In the T20I batting rankings, Shafali Verma is fourth with 759 points, Mandhana fifth with 754, and Harmanpreet tenth with 656. Shree Charani and Deepti lead the T20I bowling list with 817 and 754 points respectively.
The positions apply to separate formats and playing roles. India are third in both the women's ODI and T20I team rankings.
