Say Agency says refunds have begun for cancelled Kanye West concerts

Refunds for tickets to cancelled Kanye West concerts have begun, Say Agency owner Anna Subcheva said on October 13. The agency organised the planned St Petersburg shows.
Say Agency had previously announced the cancellation and said refunds would start on October 12. The latest statement confirms the process has begun according to the organiser, but gives neither the number of processed claims nor the total paid.
In August, the agency announced concerts at Gazprom Arena for October 10 and 11. The stadium said it had signed no rental agreements for the events.
On September 25, St Petersburg Governor Alexander Beglov said he had received no requests concerning the concert and did not know whether it would take place. The agency now confirms refunds, but the report provides no deadline for completing all payments.
