Users of T-Bank’s new app version will be able to connect accounts from other banks and view them in one place. The company also announced ML-based financial analytics, savings management tools and a dedicated section for entrepreneurs.
Konstantin Markelov, T-Bank’s vice president and director of product and technology, said the update is designed to reduce complexity for customers. He said the eighth version takes on the complexity of a modern technology-driven bank and gives users a simpler product with less cognitive load.
The bank describes the super-app around three principles: simplicity, saving time, and understanding and helping customers. Alongside multi-banking, it will add services for analytics based on ML models and savings management.
A separate section will serve entrepreneurs. The announcement also mentioned other services, but did not provide details about them.
