Zelensky links offer to halt refinery attacks to more Patriot missiles

Volodymyr Zelensky said in an interview with Bloomberg that he had offered to halt attacks on Russian oil refineries in exchange for additional Patriot air defence missiles.
Zelensky described Washington's steps as an attempt to persuade Ukraine to capitulate, while qualifying that he was not asserting this was its partners' intended goal.
Zelensky also expressed hope that the situation would improve after the US midterm elections. He linked the current tensions to aggressive political rhetoric during election campaigns.
