Agent reports KHL head coach vacancy paying up to $2 million

Hockey agent Darryl Wolski posted a head coach vacancy for an unnamed KHL club. The announcement, reported on October 9, lists compensation of $1.5 million to $2 million depending on experience.

Wolski recruits players and coaches in North America, Europe and the Kontinental Hockey League. He did not identify the prospective employer. The announcement therefore does not establish which club is hiring or who might become its next head coach.

The posting follows coaching changes at two clubs. Togliatti's Lada parted with head coach Pavel Zubov on October 5, and Magnitogorsk's Metallurg temporarily suspended Andrei Razin on October 6. Those developments provide context for the vacancy but do not themselves confirm that either team is conducting the search.
