Buruk stresses possession ahead of Galatasaray's Barcelona match

Galatasaray coach Okan Buruk is targeting a home Champions League win and has urged his players to limit their mistakes.

Buruk said the hosts need composure in attack and control of possession. He described Barcelona as a side that seeks to impose its style and can punish errors.

The coach acknowledged Barcelona's status as favourites but stressed his players' confidence. He pointed to strong results at the same stadium when his team had been playing well.

Barcelona opened the league phase with a 5:1 win over Feyenoord. Galatasaray lost its first match to Sporting CP, 1:3. The Istanbul fixture is each team's second game in this season's competition.
