CENTCOM reports 138 vessels redirected under Iran blockade

US forces have redirected 138 commercial vessels since the naval blockade of Iranian ports resumed, US Central Command said on October 17.

The command presented the figure as a cumulative total under the blockade. It concerns vessels heading to or departing from Iranian ports.

The United States resumed the blockade on July 14. Its previous phase ran from April 13 to June 18.
