Rosaviatsia lifts flight restrictions at Pulkovo and Pskov airports

Restrictions on aircraft arrivals and departures at Pulkovo airport have been lifted, Rosaviatsia said. The agency also announced the lifting of restrictions at Pskov airport.

Earlier on October 18, Pulkovo had been handling arrivals and departures in coordination with the relevant authorities. That arrangement applied because of temporary restrictions on airspace use around the airport.

In its latest statement, Rosaviatsia announced that the restrictions on arrivals and departures at Pulkovo had been lifted. The agency said the measures had been introduced for flight safety.

Temporary restrictions on flight handling at Pskov airport were also lifted.
