Cherry colour accounts for 67% of iPhone 18 preorders at MegaFon and Yota

Cherry-coloured devices accounted for 67% of iPhone 18-series preorders at the combined MegaFon and Yota retail network. RBC reported the network’s interim figures on October 13, citing Hi-Tech Mail.

The iPhone 18 Pro Max led the model ranking with 68%. The iPhone 18 Pro accounted for 28% and the iPhone 18 Duo for 4%. These shares describe orders at one retail network, rather than the entire Russian smartphone market.

Devices with 256GB of storage were chosen by 46% of buyers, compared with 45% for 512GB and 8% for 1TB. The figures concern interim preorders and are not final sales results.

Among other colours, black accounted for 13%, light blue and silver for 8% each, and white and blue for 2% each. Moscow generated 85% of preorders and Krasnodar about 2.5%. Each of another 15 cities accounted for no more than 1%.
