Cian board recommends dividend of 33 rubles per share

Cian's board has recommended a dividend of 33 rubles per share for the first nine months of 2026. Shareholders are due to consider the proposal at a meeting on November 19.

RBC and Finam reported the recommendation on October 16, citing the company's disclosure. The payment remains subject to shareholder approval.

In August, Cian said it planned another dividend payment before the end of the year of at least 30 rubles per share.

The company's second-quarter revenue rose 22.8% year on year to 4.4 billion rubles, while profit increased 31.6% to 1 billion rubles.

Cian reaffirmed its annual outlook for revenue growth of 17–22% and an adjusted EBITDA margin of at least 30%.
