Cury reports higher cash generation in the third quarter

Cury’s preliminary results show cash generation rose 8.8% year over year to 253.6 million reais. The value of residential launches increased 6.9% to 2.1 billion reais.

The Brazilian homebuilder released preliminary figures for July through September on Thursday, October 8. Cash generation in the same quarter a year earlier was about 233.1 million reais.

The average price of apartments sold reached 322,800 reais, up 7.7% from a year earlier.

The company put the value of projects launched during the quarter at 2.1 billion reais. The average price of an apartment in those new projects was 326,500 reais, a 12% annual increase.
