Russia’s maximum monthly childcare benefit for children under 18 months is projected to reach 95,580 rubles in 2027. That would be 12,559 rubles above the 2026 ceiling.
The figures are included in the draft budget of Russia’s Social Fund for 2027 and the 2028-29 planning period. The maximum monthly payment in 2026 is 83,021 rubles.
The draft projects further increases to 104,775 rubles in 2028 and 114,104 rubles in 2029. Those amounts would be nearly 22,000 rubles and more than 31,000 rubles above the 2026 level, respectively.
