Faisal Shaikh announces marriage in Madinah and shares ceremony photographs

Content creator and reality television participant Faisal Shaikh, known as Mr Faisu, announced his marriage on October 10. He shared the first photographs of the Nikah ceremony in Madinah, Saudi Arabia, on Instagram.

In his caption, Shaikh said his family had attended the ceremony and expressed gratitude for a wish fulfilled. He asked followers to pray for the couple and wished for a marriage filled with love and blessings.

His announcement did not identify his wife. The Times of India and Free Press Journal reported that details about her had not yet been released. The announcement followed several weeks of speculation about a possible wedding on social media.

Shaikh wore a white sherwani, while his bride wore a red-and-white sharara. The published photographs show the couple signing a marriage document and looking at one another through a curtain. Another image shows Shaikh kissing his wife on the forehead.

Shreya Kalra and Ayesha Khan were among those who posted congratulations. Alongside his social media work, Mr Faisu has appeared in Khatron Ke Khiladi, Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa, Celebrity MasterChef and The 50. His wedding announcement publicly confirmed his new marital status.
