Musk pledges a SpaceX share for every child in the US

Elon Musk said on X that he would give every child in the United States one of his own SpaceX shares next year.

The pledge concerns shares from the entrepreneur's personal holding in the aerospace company. Musk presented the move as the beginning of a planned series of similar initiatives.

Musk published the statement on October 19. He founded SpaceX in 2002.
