Osimhen praises Batrakov’s talent after Galatasaray win

Victor Osimhen praised Galatasaray teammate Aleksey Batrakov after the 3–1 win over Kasımpaşa. The forward highlighted both the Russian midfielder’s football ability and his personality.

Osimhen said Batrakov can read the game before receiving the ball. He recalled the midfielder’s first training session, when his play impressed others on the pitch, and said his talent could provide considerable help to the team.

Batrakov joined Galatasaray from Lokomotiv in August. Sport-Express reported two assists in six appearances across all competitions. Against Kasımpaşa, he helped open the scoring with an assist for Abdülkerim Bardakcı. Osimhen’s comments followed the seventh-round Turkish league match and offered his assessment of the new teammate’s contribution.
