Batrakov assist helps ten-man Galatasaray beat Kasimpasa 3-1

Galatasaray beat Kasımpaşa 3-1 in the seventh round of the Turkish league. Aleksey Batrakov assisted Abdülkerim Bardakcı for the opening goal.

The match took place in Istanbul on October 9. Bardakcı scored in the 45th minute from the Russian midfielder's delivery. Galatasaray went down to 10 players when Lucas Torreira was sent off in the 65th minute.

Jesurun Rak-Sakyi equalized for Kasımpaşa in the 68th minute. The hosts nevertheless secured victory with two late goals. Barış Alper Yılmaz scored in the 90th minute and Mario Lemina completed the scoring in the sixth minute of added time.

Batrakov started and played 67 minutes. It was his second assist for Galatasaray.

The win took Galatasaray to 16 points and first place in the table. Kasımpaşa remained on 10 points. Galatasaray's next league fixture is away to Gençlerbirliği on October 17.
