Pashinyan shares Turkmenistan video set to song by Zeynab Hasanli

Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan posted a social-media video greeting followers beside musical fountains in Turkmenistan. The clip features “Aram Aram,” performed by Azerbaijani singer Zeynab Hasanli.

The footage was posted on the morning of October 9 after Pashinyan went cycling. He wished viewers a good morning and a good day, and said at the end that he loved them. Azerbaijani outlets Globalinfo.az and Axar.az also identified the song in the video as “Aram Aram,” performed by Zeynab Hasanli.

Pashinyan was in Turkmenistan for a two-day CIS summit held on October 8 and 9. Separately, Armenian and international media reported that he had an informal conversation with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev at an event on the sidelines of the summit. Reports did not link the two episodes.
