Putin did not give Witkoff written Ukraine proposals, Kremlin says

Vladimir Putin did not give Steve Witkoff written proposals on settling the war in Ukraine, Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov said.

Putin and the US envoy held their talks at the Konstantinovsky Palace in St Petersburg.

Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov had earlier said Moscow was studying documents containing additional ideas brought by Witkoff.
