Ralina Giliazova wins 50m breaststroke gold in Tashkent

Russian swimmer Ralina Giliazova won the women's 50m breaststroke at the second leg of the short-course Swimming World Cup in Tashkent.
Giliazova finished the final on October 10 in 29.76 seconds, taking gold on the last day of the meeting.
Ireland's Mona McSharry claimed silver in 29.85 seconds. Florine Gaspard of Belgium completed the podium in 29.86 seconds.
The winning margin over McSharry was nine hundredths of a second, while Gaspard finished one tenth of a second behind Giliazova.
The Uzbekistan meeting ran from October 8 to October 10. Short-course events take place in a 25-metre pool. Russian athletes are participating with their national flag and anthem.
