Russia's Investigative Committee said it opened a terrorism case after a drone struck a passenger bus and a truck in eastern Luhansk.
The incident took place on Budyonny Street, according to the committee. It said several people, including a child, were injured but did not give a total. LPR head Leonid Pasechnik reported three injured people.
Elena Shibina, a doctor at the Luhansk Republican Children's Clinical Hospital, told RIA Novosti that the child was admitted to intensive care with blast injuries. Shrapnel struck the child's neck but did not damage major blood vessels or the airways, she said.
