Sturm goalkeeper Khudyakov carried off injured in Graz derby

Sturm Graz's Russian goalkeeper Daniil Khudyakov suffered a leg injury against GAK and was carried off on a stretcher, Kronen Zeitung reported.

The Austrian outlet said the 22-year-old was trying to clear the ball from his penalty area when he collided with GAK player Jacob Italiano. Players formed a screen around the injured goalkeeper while he received treatment.

Sport-Express reported that Ammar Helac replaced Khudyakov after 28 minutes.

Khudyakov has played for Sturm since 2024. He has made seven appearances in the Austrian league this season, conceding six goals and keeping three clean sheets.
