SuperJob identifies sectors hiring graduates without experience

SuperJob says medicine and industry account for the largest concentration of vacancies for university graduates without experience, while retail leads for vocational college graduates. The service provided the findings to RIA Novosti on October 9.
For university graduates, analysts also highlighted pharmaceuticals, education, banking and construction. For vocational graduates, other sectors with substantial offerings include industry, banking, logistics, medicine and pharmaceuticals.
The service’s surveys indicate that three in four companies active in the labour market hire college and university graduates without experience. SuperJob also said eight in ten interns receive job offers after completing internships.
An offer does not mean every intern accepts it. The figures refer to the service’s research and do not guarantee employment for an individual applicant.
Analysts associate internship experience with better chances of obtaining a first job. The published statement did not specify survey dates or sample sizes.
