Three killed in crash involving two buses in Calgary

Three people were killed and nineteen injured in a chain-reaction crash involving two transit buses in Calgary, Canada, on October fifteen, the Associated Press reported, citing local authorities.
Police said the crash appeared to begin when a bus hit a car, which then struck other vehicles. The bus subsequently crossed an intersection and hit a second bus standing at a stop.
The second bus caught fire and crossed the road, colliding with three more vehicles. Police officer Andy Woodward said it was powered by natural gas. A possible link between the fuel and the intense fire remained a preliminary assessment.
Three people died at the scene. Calgary Mayor Jeromy Farkas said there would be a full investigation into the cause of the collision.
