Tver governor orders job-placement support for regional recruitment graduates

Tver Governor Vitaly Korolev instructed officials to provide individual job-placement support to graduates of the Kadry dlya Verkhnevolzhya recruitment programme after meeting its successful applicants, the regional government said.
Graduates have received job offers from regional ministries and affiliated institutions. Korolev said successful applicants should gain practical experience through departmental internships leading to employment.
The initial intake attracted 50 applications. Selection involved three stages, including a motivational essay and management case studies. The programme was launched following the governor's discussions at a forum for Tver students.
Graduates presented proposals to improve the programme at the meeting. Korolev also ordered a dedicated group to share vacancies in regional executive bodies, part-time work and volunteering opportunities.
