Ushakov says Medinsky could join Russia's delegation for November Ukraine talks

Vladimir Medinsky could join Russia's delegation for talks with the United States and Ukraine in November, Russian presidential aide Yuri Ushakov said.
Speaking in a televised interview, Ushakov described the envisaged delegation as expert-level, including military representatives and the presidential aide. Vladimir Putin will make the final decision on who attends.
Ushakov had earlier named Abu Dhabi as a possible venue for the next round. He said the provisional timing was around the middle of November.
