Resolve poll puts Victoria Premier Carroll's net likeability at minus 11
Victoria Premier Ben Carroll's net likeability fell nine percentage points to minus 11 in a new Resolve Political Monitor survey, while opposition leader Jess Wilson's rose four points to plus 23.
The state poll surveyed 1,000 people between October 6 and 10, according to The Age. These net personal ratings are distinct from support for the leaders' parties.
Primary voting intentions were unchanged from the previous poll: Labor had 25%, the Coalition 28% and One Nation 23%. Independents attracted 4% support, while the Greens gained three percentage points.
Economic and financial management was the top voting priority for 33% of respondents. Crime and policing was named by 24%, and hospitals and health services by 12%.
Resolve founder Jim Reed said fewer respondents were undecided, interpreting that as increased attention to the election. The survey describes respondents' preferences, rather than determining seat totals or guaranteeing a change of government.
Victoria's state election is scheduled for November 28.
