Yaroslavl governor announces overnight closure of Moscow-bound exit

Traffic leaving Yaroslavl towards Moscow was blocked for safety reasons, Governor Mikhail Yevrayev said overnight on October 22.
The restriction began at the junction of Moskovsky Prospekt and the southwestern ring road, according to the governor's Max post.
Yevrayev urged people to avoid travelling in that direction and nearby areas or use a route bypassing the affected section.
