Zelensky and Witkoff begin talks in Oslo
Volodymyr Zelensky and US presidential envoy Steve Witkoff have begun talks in Oslo. Norwegian Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Støre and Finnish President Alexander Stubb are also attending, RBC reported, citing Ukrainian media.
Ukrinform also reported that the meeting had started. The Norwegian government had previously announced that US representatives would join talks with Ukraine's president and European leaders.
Suspline, citing a source in the Ukrainian president's office, said the Ukrainian delegation included Kyrylo Budanov, Rustem Umerov, Davyd Arakhamia and Serhiy Kyslytsya. According to the same source, the EU was represented by European Commission president's chief of staff Björn Seibert, and NATO by the secretary general's deputy chief of staff, Lorenz Meyer-Minnemann.
