Zelensky proposes meeting of Ukrainian, Russian and US leaders

Volodymyr Zelensky proposed moving to talks between the leaders of Ukraine, Russia and the United States at an Oslo news conference on October 20.
He said Kyiv had prepared specific peace proposals and wanted them passed to the Russian side the following day.
His statement followed consultations with Norwegian Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Store, Finnish President Alexander Stubb and US envoy Steve Witkoff. Jared Kushner participated remotely.
