Andrey Vorobyov proposes simpler prosthesis applications through Gosuslugi

Moscow Region Governor Andrey Vorobyov has proposed bringing prosthetic care information together on Gosuslugi. The initiative would let agencies exchange documents without requiring veterans to collect certificates again.
The proposal was raised at an October 9 meeting of the Defenders of the Fatherland foundation's board of trustees. The governor's press service said participants in Russia's military operation in Ukraine still have to complete forms and obtain documents again, although their hospital already holds the information.
Vorobyov said he had discussed the problem with foundation chair Anna Tsivileva. He proposed working with the labor and digital development ministries to simplify applications, with responsible organizations exchanging documents directly rather than through veterans.
Gosuslugi would display the stages, deadlines and current status of prosthetic care. A feedback button would allow users to report application delays or problems with a prosthesis.
The press service said obtaining, adjusting, learning to use and replacing a prosthesis involves several organizations whose records are stored in separate systems. A unified exchange remains the governor's proposal.
