ARX Robotics says Ukraine ordered several thousand robotic vehicles

German company ARX Robotics has an order to supply several thousand robotic vehicles to Ukraine’s army by the end of 2027, founder Marc Wietfeld told Handelsblatt in an interview published on October 13.
The Munich-based company plans to produce unmanned vehicles with Ukrainian partner Roboneers. Wietfeld’s statement describes a delivery commitment, rather than confirming that the vehicles have already been supplied.
ARX’s own announcement confirms that the two companies signed a technology partnership in Kyiv in early October. It covers integration of their systems and joint development.
The companies had already agreed in June to establish ARX Industries for serial production in Ukraine and Germany. The newer agreement builds on that cooperation.
Handelsblatt reported that major suppliers, including DEUTZ, would contribute German industrial capacity. The report did not specify an exact vehicle count or contract value. Its delivery deadline and order volume are attributed to Wietfeld.
