Nineteen-year-old engineering student Shubham Kumar from Bihar has been recognised by the International Book of Records for reaching Level 22,222 in Candy Crush Saga. The record is in a separate teenager category.
Kumar reached the level on July 5, 2026, when he was 19 years, eight months and 25 days old. The organisation lists the achievement as the “Highest Level Achieved in Candy Crush Saga (Teenager).” The designation does not mean Level 22,222 is the highest reached by players of all ages.
Kumar continued playing after receiving the recognition. In posts on the official King Community, he later reported reaching Levels 23,105 and 23,165. Those later milestones are self-reported and are not part of his International Book of Records certification.
Kumar studies at Government Engineering College in Siwan. Bihar’s Department of Science, Technology and Technical Education congratulated him on the recognition. In a post on the King Community, he credited the record to years of dedication and many hours of play.
