Bulgaria steps up Black Sea coastal surveillance with drones
Bulgaria's military is using drones to increase surveillance of its Black Sea coast and neighbouring air and sea space, the defence ministry said.
The ministry described the flights as a preventive security measure. They are intended to provide timely information about conditions along the coast.
It advised residents that drones seen flying along the shoreline may be carrying out these enhanced monitoring tasks.
