Builders have completed the concrete structure of a housing renovation building in Moscow’s Timiryazevsky district and begun facade insulation and glazing, city urban development policy chief Vladislav Ovchinsky said.
The building at 5 Third Nizhnelikhoborsky Proyezd, Building 1, is designed for 190 apartments with a combined area of more than 11,000 square metres. Eight apartments will be adapted for residents with limited mobility.
Installation of internal engineering systems and rough interior finishing are continuing. Entrances, halls and the courtyard are planned to be accessible without barriers.
The ground floor will contain premises with separate entrances for shops, parcel collection points and education centres. The courtyard will include areas for recreation, sport and play.
