Court postpones Dolina claim after failing to locate defendant
Moscow's Lefortovsky District Court postponed Larisa Dolina's civil claim against Artur Kamenetsky, who was convicted of fraud involving her flat, because it could not confirm his whereabouts.
The claim against Kamenetsky had already been separated into proceedings of its own because the court could not establish his location or confirm that he had been properly notified.
Dolina filed the claim on June 8, seeking joint recovery of 114 million 120 thousand rubles from Kamenetsky, Anzhela Tsyrulnikova, Andrei Osnova and Dmitry Leontyev.
In early September, the court granted the claims against Tsyrulnikova and Osnova, ordering them jointly to pay that amount and a court fee of 335 thousand rubles.
The proceedings against Leontyev were also separated and suspended after he signed a Defence Ministry contract and went to the combat zone.
