Emergency measles vaccination under way at Moscow State University

Emergency vaccination against measles is under way at Moscow State University, Russia’s consumer health watchdog Rospotrebnadzor said.

Specialists have identified people who were in contact with the infection. Preventive information is being provided to students and university staff, the watchdog said.

A city outpatient clinic and the university’s own clinic are jointly carrying out the vaccinations. Rospotrebnadzor reported the medical institutions’ involvement to Russian news agencies.
