Enerhodar mayor reports three wounded near sports complex

Maksim Pukhov said people injured in artillery shelling were hospitalized. Accounts of the incident were published on October 13.
The city administration head said four strikes hit the area around Start Stadium on Prydniprovska Street. He said the affected site was near the Zaporizhzhia nuclear plant's sports and recreation complex, where repair work was under way.
Pukhov reported shrapnel wounds, fractures and acoustic blast injuries. The patients' conditions were being assessed following hospitalization. The injury details and account of the strike are attributed to the mayor.
He also reported drone attacks on homes on Prydniprovska Street and urged residents to avoid dangerous areas because of the risk of further strikes.
Pukhov blamed Ukrainian forces. The available accounts do not independently verify that attribution. Reference to the nuclear plant's sports complex does not establish a strike on reactors or a radiation emergency.
