Garbuzov reports Moscow fastener output reaching 400 tonnes

Moscow company Makoto Tuning increased metal fastener output to 400 tonnes after buying a new machine with support from the city’s industrial fund, Anatoly Garbuzov said on 9 October.
The head of Moscow’s investment and industrial policy department linked the increase to the purchase of a longitudinal turning machine. The equipment is designed for precise machining of long, thin metal parts with small diameters.
Garbuzov said the company had also entered new markets, including Egypt, Bangladesh and Belarus. RIA Novosti’s report did not specify the period covered by the production figure. Other Moscow publications described approximately 400 tonnes as shipments to Russian regions since the start of 2026.
The business manufactures bolts, studs, nuts, washers and screws, carries out machining and wholesales industrial goods. According to the city department, its range exceeds 19,500 product lines, and it owns lathes, milling machines and computer-controlled equipment.
The Moscow Fund for Support of Industry and Entrepreneurship helped the business buy the machine. The city department presented the equipment upgrade as part of its support for modernising manufacturing in the capital.
