Kaluga airport restrictions reinstated after morning reopening

Russia's aviation regulator lifted restrictions at Kaluga, Tambov and Yaroslavl airports on the morning of October 10, but Kaluga restrictions were imposed again in a notice recorded at 22:06 Moscow time.
The morning announcement cited by RIA Novosti covered Grabtsevo in Kaluga, Donskoye in Tambov and Tunoshna in Yaroslavl. Rosaviatsiya said restrictions on arrivals and departures had been introduced for flight safety.
A kp40.ru service tracking Rosaviatsiya notices recorded the lifting of restrictions at all three airports at 09:31 Moscow time. Its subsequent Kaluga notice reinstated limits on arrivals and departures, again citing flight safety.
The service's latest available entries still showed Tambov and Yaroslavl without restrictions following the morning announcement, while Kaluga was listed as restricted. The earlier reopening notice therefore no longer described the later position at Kaluga.
