Four Russian airports lifted flight restrictions on the morning of October 10

Rosaviatsiya announced on October 10 that restrictions had been lifted at airports in Bugulma, Nizhnekamsk, Saratov and Penza. RIA Novosti reported the agency’s announcement at 5:34 a.m. Moscow time.
The announcement covered Bugulma Airport, Begishevo in Nizhnekamsk, Gagarin in Saratov and Penza Airport. The earlier measures had limited both arriving aircraft and departures. The agency attributed the restrictions to flight safety, without providing further operational details in the statement.
The morning announcement records the lifting of those restrictions at the four airports. It does not specify how many flights were delayed, when schedules would recover or the departure times of individual aircraft. The decision therefore does not establish that every flight resumed according to its original timetable. The reported status applies to the stated time on October 10.
