Khariton Agrba wins interim WBA title against Zaur Abdullaev

Khariton Agrba defeated Zaur Abdullaev in Yekaterinburg on October 10 to claim the interim WBA super-lightweight world title.
The main event at the RCC Boxing Promotions show went the full 12 rounds. Agrba won by split decision, with two judges favouring him and the third scoring the fight for Abdullaev, sports outlets report.
Championat gives the scores as 117–111, 111–117 and 115–113. The contest for the title in the division limited to 63.5 kilograms took place at the RMK Martial Arts Academy.
Agrba, 30, earned his 18th professional victory against one defeat. Abdullaev, 32, now has 21 wins and three losses.
In December 2025, Agrba beat Ruben Munoz by unanimous decision to avenge a loss in July that year. Abdullaev defeated Hugo Roldan in November last year and claimed the WBA Gold belt.
