Blues to reassess Dillon Dube’s neck injury in eight weeks

St. Louis said on October 10 that forward Dillon Dube would be reassessed in eight weeks. The club did not announce a return date.
Dube injured his neck during the Blues’ 3-2 overtime defeat against San Jose. General manager Alexander Steen announced the medical update.
According to the NHL website, Dube collided with the boards following a hit from Will Smith. He did not take part in Friday’s practice.
The Canadian scored shorthanded in that game, his first NHL goal since November 2023.
Dube had played three games this season and scored once. His regular-season career totals stand at 328 games and 128 points, comprising 58 goals and 70 assists.
