Kolomna district plans to open ready-meal factory in 2027

A ready-meal factory planned for Moscow Region’s Kolomna district is due to open in 2027 under an investment agreement announced on October 9. The project involves 850 million rubles.
The planned capacity is up to 5 million finished products a month, or 60 million annually, with 200 jobs. These are targets for a factory that has yet to begin production.
Regional agriculture minister Vitaly Mosin signed the agreement at the Golden Autumn 2026 exhibition. Regional reports identify TPK NVN as the company completing the facility, which is approximately 80% ready.
Mosin said Moscow Region leads Russia in ready-made food and meal production. He described the factory as a way to increase output, create jobs and expand the company’s production capacity.
